Casa de Juste is a Manor House that dates back from the XIV century and has remained in the same family since then. It is one of the few architectural examples that have survived in the region. The baroque chapel with “Manueline” style window is a unique example of that period. On arrival to the beautiful XIV century Manor House where the activity will take place the participants will be welcomed by the property’s owner and visit the facilities. After the visit, set to work! All participants get an apron, a cook hat and the cooking lesson begins: a starter, a soup, a main dish and a desert. When everything is prepared the participants will pass to the dinning room (or the gardens if the weather allows) and relish themselves with the meal they have prepared accompanied by “Verde” and Rosé wines.
