Day 1

· Morning arrival at Funchal Airport.

· Meet and greet by Abreu staff.

· Rest of day at leisure.

Day 2

· Breakfast at the hotel. Highlights of Funchal/Eira do Serrado/ Monte.

· First stop is at local market and lace factory. Next stop is at Pico dos Barcelos at 3 600 ft above the sea level, from where you can get a fantastic view over the town, bay and surrounding hills. A twisted road, bordered with eucalyptus reaches Eira do Serrado (lookout point) overlooking ”Curral das Freiras”, peculiar village built in a deep valley, taken for centuries as the crater of an ancient volcano. Last stop is at Monte village well known for its church where lies the Emperor Charles I of Austria.

· Lunch at Quint a das Cruzes.

· Afternoon at leisure.

· Dinner at Adega da Quinta, located in Camera de Lobos city.

· Back to hotel.

Day 3

· Breakfast at hotel.

· Mountain experience. An island, when discovered in the15th century was covered by wood (Madeira), you could not leave it without exploring this unique forest, Laurisilva, a world wide trust of humanity. Experience the privilege of exploring the fascinating landscapes along the rugged North coast of Madeira.

Through mountains and valleys, listening the sound of the birds and enjoying the quiet music of the cascades you will reach Santana by Jeep Safari. A homemade lunch will comfort you after this exciting adventure.

· Dinner at Fortress Santiago.

· Back to hotel.

Day 4

· Breakfast at hotel.

· Departure transfer to Funchal Airport.

· Transfer and assistance by Abreu guide.
